Had a great gel manicure by Yaya!! I called them at 5PM on a Friday and they said there was no wait and to come right in! When I arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly, they even remembered that I was the one who had called.
Gel manicure and old gel removal price was very good (very reasonable price for the total) and it was honestly one of the best gel manicures I have gotten. Yaya took her time, was very meticulous and detail oriented.
I would definitely return and I would recommend this nail salon to others.
Flora Nail & Spa is really good nail salon I would recommend to others. I have never seen anyone like Yaya. She is so friendly and make me feel like really warm the whole time when I was getting my nails there.
I should also mention that I remember it was a rainy night. I was stuck in the nail salon and did not quite know what to do. Fortunately, Yaya saw me standing at the door way and came up to lend me her umbrella. And she even walked me to my car so that I won't get wet. I felt so warm to the bottom of my heart. Therefore, highly recommended!
Based on my three experiences here, I would give this nail salon a 5-stars. The two times I went, I was the only one in the store, so it was no wait and the whole place was very quite and comfortable for me. The first time, I had a facial and a foot massage. Facial was great, and the foot massage was even fantastic. On my second visit, I opted for the SNS health powder manicure with Yaya (she is the nicest person in the whole area, not to mention, professional too) and it was great! Although it was the cold winter, Yaya had the blankets heated up and was very accommodating.
My sister and I went the other day, The manicures were also amazing. We both got a regular manicure. but at the end it even looked like a gel one, such a great job! They took their time and did not rush us at all. We stayed there for 120 minutes in total. They even took the time to explain to my sister for how to look good for the our nails. I wanted a gel manicure, but decided I'll come back for the next time and already booked my second appointment and bought myself a membership.
And my sister also considered to get one for herself too.
